Shipping & Returns

We normally despatch all our orders within 4-7 days of receiving the order. We strive to deliver products purchased from www.vaishnavicalendars.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible through our transport partners. Our online division is operated from Sivakasi. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer area after item got dispatched.

The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production. Kindly check with our team to confirm delivery time before order placement.

Regarding Freight charges:

Freight is Extra and TO PAY basis to be borne by the customer. Freight to be paid at the Lorry office while collecting the calendar bundles at the destination point.

Mandatory Requirements for shipping:

Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

 

 

We will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by transport partner. 

 

We shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the transport partner in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer not reported to collect the parcel at the destination point. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation or return is accepted once the items got shipped.

For cancellation, Customer has to reach us within 2 days after the placement of order. Order stands confirmed and processed after 100% payment done by the customer.

We will not accept return unless the customer reports the reason for return after receiving at their ends immediately. customer has to reach our team immediately to resolve issues.
